Job Description
The Managing Director of Rick Plan Co. Ltd invites applications from qualified Tanzanian youth to fill 35 vacancies for Parking Fee Collectors under the municipal parking revenue and wrong-parking fine collection project in Arusha City. Successful candidates will be responsible for issuing parking receipts, monitoring designated parking zones, enforcing parking compliance, and collecting parking fees using digital systems.
Responsibilities
- Collect daily parking fees and process wrong-parking fines across assigned zones in Arusha City using smart mobile devices.
- Issue electronic receipts and maintain accurate daily collection logs.
- Monitor vehicles in designated parking areas to ensure compliance with municipal parking regulations.
- Identify and report unauthorized or improper parking (wrong parking) to supervisory staff.
- Deliver respectful and professional customer service to drivers and vehicle owners while executing collection duties.
Requirements
- Job Application Letter (Barua ya kuomba kazi).
- Official Guarantor/Sponsor Letter containing contact details and one recent passport-sized photograph of the guarantor (Barua ya mdhamini yenye namba ya simu na picha).
- Copy of Birth Certificate (Cheti cha kuzaliwa).
- Copies of all educational certificates (Primary, Secondary, and higher education certificates).
- Copy of National ID Card or official NIDA Number slip (Kitambulisho ama namba ya NIDA).
Qualifications
- Nationality: Must be a Tanzanian citizen (MTANZANIA).
- Age Limit: Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Education: Minimum of Form Four Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE) or higher (Kidato cha Nne na kuendelea).
- Must possess a valid National ID Number (NIDA).
- Excellent physical and mental health status.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and no prior criminal record.
- Proficient in operating smartphones and digital touch-screen applications (Mzoefu wa kutumia simu janja).
